You didn’t quit the gym.
You quit the paperwork.

97% of people stop using their fitness app within a month — and the most common reason is that logging turned into admin. Work Out Wars is built for the ones who are still here in six weeks.

Why this app

Why I’m building it

Day one, about a fifth of people come back to a fitness app. By day thirty, three in a hundred. That number is the whole reason this exists.

Logging that takes seconds
Nobody stops training because an app lacked features. They stop because logging a set took longer than doing it. Sets log in a couple of taps, and the streak survives a missed day.
Gamified, not gimmicky
XP, streaks, and a leaderboard you’re ranked on against rivals and friends — consistency mechanics that actually make you want the next rep, not just log it.
Built in public
Still in progress, and built in the open — follow along on Instagram or TikTok for the real day-to-day, not a polished announcement after the fact.
