Work Out Wars is a fitness app made by Revvion UK (Trevor Edwards, sole trader, Stevenage, UK). This page explains what the app stores, why, and who it is shared with. The short version: no ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and nothing is ever sold.

Your workouts, sets, Beast Mode history, records, streaks and XP are stored on your device. Reminders and timer alerts are scheduled on your device.
When you first use a feature that needs our server (activating a plan, Coach, Challenge Friends, or the daily check-in), the app creates an account for you automatically. It has a random ID and no name or password. If you choose to add your email address so you can keep your plans on a new phone, we store that email and send you one-time sign-in codes to it. That's all we use it for.
If you fill in the daily check-in, we store what you enter against your account: protein, creatine and water intake, and sleep hours and sleep quality. It's used to show you your own history. You can leave any field blank.
Coach is part of Pro. When you send Coach a message, the app sends your message and a summary of your training (your recent workouts and your Beast Mode sessions and best lifts) to our server. Our server passes it to Anthropic's Claude API to write the reply. We don't keep the conversation. We only count how many messages you've sent each day, to apply the daily limit. Anthropic processes the request under its own privacy policy.
When you activate a plan, you enter an Etsy or Shopify order number or an activation code. Our server checks that order with Etsy or Shopify (paid, and which plan was bought) and records which plans your account owns, so they can't be claimed twice. We don't receive your payment details.
If you use Challenge Friends, we store the display name you choose, your friend code, your XP total and who you're friends with, so friends can see each other on the leaderboard. If you share a workout, we store the workout's name and exercises (and the name you sign it with, if you add one) under a share code, so anyone with that code can load it.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. Google handles payment. We only receive confirmation that your subscription is active, and when it expires.
Server data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and everything stored against it, email privacy@revvion.uk (include your friend code if you have one), and we'll delete it within 30 days. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). You have the rights given by UK GDPR, including access, correction and deletion. Contact us at the address above.
Work Out Wars is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
