Privacy Policy

Work Out Wars is a fitness tracking app made by Revvion (Trevor, operating as an individual developer). This page explains what data the app collects, why, and how it's used. The short version: there's no ad tracking, no analytics, and nothing is sold to anyone.

What's stored on your device

Your workouts, set logs, points, streaks, Ladder Game history, and nutrition entries are stored locally on your phone. This data is not sent anywhere unless one of the features below applies.

Coach (AI feature) — Anthropic

What happens
Coach uses Anthropic's Claude API. You provide your own Anthropic API key in Settings, which is stored securely on your device (using the device's secure storage, not our servers — we don't have one). When you use Coach, your prompt and a summary of your stats (points, streak, recent workouts, Ladder Game history) are sent directly from your device to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This traffic goes straight to Anthropic — it does not pass through any server we operate.

See Anthropic's privacy policy for how they handle that data.

Challenge Friends — Supabase

What happens
If you use Challenge Friends, your device generates a random ID (not tied to your name, email, or any personal account), a display name you choose, a friend code, and your point total. These are stored in a Supabase database we operate, so friends can look each other up and see a shared leaderboard. Friendship links are stored the same way. This feature has no traditional login — there's no email or password collected.

Subscriptions and purchases

Work Out Wars Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, payment details, and billing are handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see or store your payment information.

What we don't do

Children

Work Out Wars is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes everything stored locally on your device. If you've used Challenge Friends and want your profile removed from our Supabase database, email us at the address below and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
